New York Province announced on Thursday the US President Donald Trump, his sons and daughters, to begin a lawsuit in connection with the alleged financial irregularities for a decade in the Donald J. Trump Foundation.
In the meantime, the Donald J Trump Foundation has been accused of benefiting the promotion of Trump's presidential election, intentionally benefiting the private and commercial interest of Trump and violating the basic legal obligations of NGOs. It has asked for a 10-year ban on returning $ 2.8 billion, closing the foundation and joining Trump on a board of New York's charitable organization.
In view of Trump's comprehensive legal challenges, the Attorney General sent a referral letter to the Internal Revenue Service and the Federal Election Commission for further action. In the lawsuit filed in the State Supreme Court in Manhattan, nearly two years of investigation of Trump's donation has been discussed, which became the subject of investigation during and after the presidential election campaign of 2016.
