The infamous former policeman named 'Golden State Killer' was finally arrested in Merica and on Friday he was presented in the Sacramento Court. The former California policeman was searching for 40 years and finally he could be caught through DNA technology. 72-year-old Joseph James Dingleow was presented to the court on a court-wide chair and presented in court. He could not be absconded so the police had tied both of his hands with a handcuff on the walchair.
