Chinese ambassador Qi Tiankai has warned that some people in the United States are trying to distance between the two countries.
Washington (INS) America's Chinese Ambassador Qi Tianakai has warned that some people in the United States are trying to distance between the two countries. According to the Xinhua news agency, Cui commented on this comment on the 40-year panel discussion of American-China relations organized by a policy research organization, Strategic and International Studies Center (CSIS) located in Washington on Sunday.
The Chinese ambassador said that there are some people in the US who are trying to make a distance between the two countries so that the bilateral relations can be obstructed in the economy, science and technology, and relations between the two countries will not improve. They are trying to create doubts in Washington about the Chinese students who are reaching America to research from China. Qi said that China hopes that these negative trends will not be recognized by the mainstream society of the United States.
The ambassador said that Beijing and Washington appeared for 40 years before for general strategic interests. Both countries have seen cooperation in bilateral, regional and global issues and the spread of common interests. He said that his broad common interests have encouraged bilateral relations in the last 40 years and will act as an important foundation of our future relations.
