Kamala Harris, the first American senator of Indian origin, has requested the Indian-American leaders to speak the truth. They appealed to them to join mass struggle against fanaticism, hatred and increasing sentiment against migrants in the country.

Addressing more than 200 candidates of Indian origin, elected officials, community leaders and others, Kamla appealed to fellow Indigenous people to take inspiration from their native country. They said, 'tell the truth. This country has been established by the expatriates.

Kamla's mother was born in India and her grandfather was one of India's freedom fighters. Kamala said, "I am trying to remember some of those slogans of that time when they participated in India's freedom struggle because I am convinced of the fact that in today's world some of them have used Is going.'
